Overview
San-Shinron’s unusually resistant ice immobilizes limbs and encloses entire bodies. He interrupts Si-Shinron’s duel with Goku, exploits the fighter’s restraint and targets Pan. His polite manner disguises ruthless tactics. The official account connects his creation to the wish that made Earth’s people forget Majin Buu.
Si-Shinron objects to his brother’s unfair contest and melts the restraint with a heat attack. San-Shinron nevertheless takes hostages and offers a false surrender, using apparent mercy to slash Goku’s eyes with ice claws. Goku detects and defeats him despite losing his sight. The encounter distinguishes the brothers by choice and temperament: cold is San-Shinron’s power, while deceit determines how he uses it.
First appearances & development
This dragon belongs to Toei’s Dragon Ball GT continuation, which began in 1996, rather than to a chapter of the original manga. The official showcase names GT as the first work but does not give an exact episode number; this profile does not invent one. Alternative dub names are not counted as separate beings.
Canon & continuity
The directly inspected 2023 publisher showcase describes the ice’s resistance, the generating wish, Si-Shinron’s intervention and San-Shinron’s deceptive combat. It is the bounded witness for these claims. Individual episode timing, exact dub technique names and gameplay statistics are outside its scope; no general relation between wish dragons and traditional ice spirits is asserted.
