Professor Mamet

Overview

The official database credits Mamet with designing the 4000-series mechanoids, including Kryten. After John Warburton abandons their wedding, she models the droids on him as mockery. They are programmed to obey her at any cost.

The official site's 2001 Jenny Agutter interview connects the role with the Psirens encounter. Agutter recalls enjoying the script and being willing to return. This account does not claim an independent episode viewing.
