Overview
Lore's body belongs to Thra's magical technology rather than to an ordinary animal lineage. The official account places the dormant construct below the All-Maudra's throne room, where a message has been stored for a future audience. The glossary identifies a geode fitted into the head as the activating component, connecting an apparently inert mass of rock with a responsive moving form.
Once awakened, Lore becomes associated with Brea and protects her, so its role is more active than a passive inscription or mechanical playback device. The message comes from the Heretic and the Wanderer, linking the construct to an attempt to communicate suppressed history. This is a profile of a distinct invented being, not a claim that every mobile stone formation is another Lore or that the story establishes a reproducing species of identical guardians.
First appearances & development
The 2019 Age of Resistance series introduces the reviewed constructed guardian. Its stored message concerns earlier in-world events, but that fictional age does not make it a character publicly documented before the series. The qualified name prevents confusion with the ordinary word lore or unrelated beings that happen to share it.
Canon & continuity
The inspected creature encyclopedia identifies living stone, magical technology, dormancy and message delivery. The official L and G glossaries add Brea's protective relationship and the activating geode. These direct studio guides support an individual construct; no independent breeding biology, species census or complete engineering specification is inferred.
