Overview
Gorons are a people whose sturdy bodies and appetite for rocks connect them to mountains, mining and volcanic terrain in several Zelda games. Ocarina of Time presents a community with a leader, food difficulties and relationships beyond its own settlement. Their physical resilience is therefore part of social life, not merely an enemy resistance or visual joke.
Breath of the Wild develops Goron City and the Champion Daruk within a different Hyrule. Heat tolerance, rolling movement and particular customs should be attributed to the game rather than assumed for every appearance. Their friendliness and strength can coexist with danger around their homes, giving the player an encounter with a community that understands a harsh landscape.

Haruhana’s interpretation of Goron character roles in Ocarina of Time
Haruhana identifies the Gorons as designs he shaped by interpreting their required character roles. He explicitly describes later characteristics as collaborative contributions, so this attribution does not assign sole authorship of every Goron feature.
