Ananta are mountain-dwelling serpent women, known since Allagan times for gemcraft. They venerate Lakshmi as a life-giving deity.
The Vira support the Resistance. Alpa, a broodmother's daughter, displays courage and ingenuity despite limited fighting ability.
Alpa's qualities are individual. An all-female description alone establishes no reproductive mechanism.
