The Nusatenggara short-nosed fruit bat (Cynopterus nusatenggara) is a species of megabat in the family Pteropodidae. It is found in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.

There are three subspecies recognised:

C. n. nusatenggara

C. n. sinagai

C. n. wetarensis
