Apareiodon hasemani, or Haseman's characin, is a species of freshwater fish in the family Parodontidae (the scrapetooths). It is endemic to the São Francisco River basin of Brazil. First described by Carl H. Eigenmann in 1916, it is one of 16 members of the genus Apareiodon, all of which occur in South America. It grows to a maximum of 12.3 centimetres (4.8 in) in standard length.
