Pedioplanis mayeri is a species of lizard in the family Lacertidae. The species is endemic to Namibia. It is named after the Austrian lacertid specialist Werner Mayer.

Pedioplanis mayeri measure 41–53 mm (1.6–2.1 in) in snout–vent length.

N Namibia (south of the Kunene River and east of the Namib Desert along the eastern side of the escarpment, thence throughout the eastern Kunene Region, entering the northeastern parts of the Erongo Region and east through the Otjozondjupa Region, reaching at least as far east as Oshikango (TM17028) in the north, Gobabis (Omaheke Region) in the south-east, and Nauchas in the south)
