The banded stream frog (Strongylopus bonaespei), also known as the banded sand frog, Cape grass frog, Cape stream frog, long-toed frog, mountain frog or Jonkersberg frog, is a species of frogs in the family Pyxicephalidae. It is endemic to South Africa.
