The Turkmen long-eared bat (Plecotus turkmenicus) is a species of bat in the family Vespertilionidae. It is found in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, and possibly Mongolia.

It has been assessed by the IUCN as least concern.
