Overview
WarGrowlmon develops Guilmon's dragon body into a huge cyborg form with a metal-clad upper half. Shoulder thrusters permit aerial movement, arm blades support close combat and twin chest cannons provide its Atomic Blaster attack. Bandai also identifies jaw restraints and an extensible rear balancer, making control over immense power a feature of the design rather than simply its attack strength.
Tamers places this form between Growlmon's familiar animal presence and later Mega transformations. The series' emotional development pathway should not be imposed on every game evolution tree. The profile concerns ordinary WarGrowlmon, while the X Antibody form's expanded weapons remain separate. English Ultimate and Japanese Perfect stage terminology refer to the corresponding level; the inconsistent use of Android in prose and Cyborg in the type field is treated as reference terminology rather than a new species.
First appearances & development
This profile follows the ordinary form's treatment in Digimon Tamers, first broadcast in Japan in 2001–2002, alongside Bandai's continuing creature reference. It does not claim that the television depiction is every form's earliest product appearance. Games and other anime can assign different partners, evolution routes, terminology and narrative histories to the same Digimon form.
Canon & continuity
The exact Bandai Digimon Encyclopedia page is a primary creature reference for anatomy, classification and abilities. Digimon Tamers supplies a separate audiovisual narrative treatment, distinguished here from the reference's generalized personality and lore. Localization can change stage and move names; no evolving web profile is assigned an invented publication date or described as an exhaustive continuity survey.
