Overview

Tavai connects Foume with transported stones, a road near Lopta and bodily marks in coastal rock. His battle account makes talking crabs reveal an invading force’s trap and build a crossing. Foume uses their warning to turn the device against its builders. These deeds associate unusual strength with particular places rather than establish a measured giant species.

Other consultants preserve different sequences. Penamena describes coercive communal building, including two refusing giants used as structural members. Katalina makes Foume a lone fighter aided by three Malhaha giants and three named tupu’a who create dry access. Varomua recounts his killing and burning, associating ashes and a cliff face with him. The versions should not be joined into one seamless historical biography.
