Dowutin

Overview

Lucasfilm identifies both Grummgar and the Ninth Sister as Dowutins and emphasizes their large physical size. The inspected Grummgar portrait shows a very broad leathery body, heavy brow, small deep-set eyes and pale projections beside the lower face. These visible features guide the illustration; Grummgar's listed height of 2.7 metres is an individual measurement rather than a verified species average.

Grummgar earns money as a mercenary and hunter, appearing among the guests at Maz Kanata's castle. The Ninth Sister instead has a history of Jedi training and Imperial service as an Inquisitor. Her empathic mind-reading and combat abilities are expressly attached to her character, so they are not treated as innate powers possessed by all Dowutins.

The selected references span The Force Awakens and the Fallen Order game context. Together they establish different individual roles without providing a comprehensive homeworld history or universal temperament. The generated civilian retains the large frame and lower-face projections while inventing clothing and surroundings; neither a hunter's career nor an Inquisitor's weapon is made compulsory.
