Overview

Devimon is a black-winged humanoid Digimon with long limbs and an intimidating dark-angel design. The official reference links it with a fall from an Angemon-associated state into the Dark Area, and describes both intelligence and domination of others. Its extendable arms supply a physical threat alongside that supernatural-looking presentation.

Digimon Adventure's File Island antagonist is a particular Devimon whose use of Black Gears belongs to that plot. The 2020 reboot tells a different story around related forms and corruption.
