Overview
L-Space describes Carrot as a human adopted by dwarfs and sent to Ankh-Morpork to join its Watch. His literal approach to an old law book initially brings him into conflict with the city's established arrangements.
He becomes Captain Carrot, a policeman whose knowledge of residents and belief in their decency help others cooperate. The account treats suggestions of royal descent as rumour rather than a throne he claims.
